TheSours is a collaborative EP between Aleksand SAYA and Stogie T, released in 2025. The project counts 6 pieces and is part of a process of musical and cultural fusion between the Indian Ocean and Southern Africa.

Project DNA is based on a hybrid mixture:

• one side, Maloya and the traditional sounds of Reunion, carried by Aleksand SAYA
• the other, South African hip hop and soul, incarnate by Stogie T

This cross gives one sound at a time organic, committed and modern, where ancestral rhythms meet powerful electronic productions and rap flows.

TheSours is a unexpected encounter, where two artists use their respective heritages to build a common musical language. A hybrid project, connected, deeply rooted in identity.
